Return policy
At Hapso, our socks are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. But, in the rare circumstance that a defective order is delivered to you, we will provide a refund/ replacement as applicable.
We have a 7-day return window in which you can return the product in its unused, original condition. The returned product will be subject to an extensive quality check to be eligible for returns.

Refund policy
We will replace products that have been deemed defective at the time of delivery, within 10 days of purchase. Having said that, we are not liable for the damages during tag removal or mishandling of the package.
Failure to qualify for a refund constitutes
Any item not in its original condition is ineligible for refunds.
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
Any item shipped back without the original packaging
After your products are received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email along with the status of your refund, whether it is approved or rejected. If it's approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your bank account / original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
